We know your gift needs to be absolutely perfect so we have put together a list of our most frequently asked questions, If we haven't covered your question here feel free to send us an email at thenest@wherebluebirdsfly.co.uk or you can get in touch with a tweet or a Facebook message instead you will find the links at the bottom of our website!

 

Will the receipt/billing information be sent to the recipient?

We will never include any receipts with your gift as we know that most of our boxes are sent directly to the recipient.

Our Bluebird boxes are a gift in the post, so we would like them to arrive as exactly that- we know that a copy of the invoice or a receipt will spoil that, so we will only include business card inside the box. 

 We will email a copy of the payment receipt to your provided email address after purchase.

When will my gift be dispatched?


If you order before 2pm (Monday-Friday) we will aim to dispatch your gift the next working day (Monday-Friday), however please be aware this can take up to two working days- Please let us know if you do require your gift more urgently, we will always try to help if we can. 

Please keep in mind that we are a small family run business and will dispatch your gifts as quickly as possible, however as we do put a lot of care into the presentation of each box so this does take a little longer, but we hope you will agree that it is worth this extra bit of time.

Postage after your gift has left our nest can take between 1-3 days for first class and 3-5 days for second class.


Can I order in advance?

Of Course! Just let us know the preferred date of dispatch in the order notes when you check out and we will schedule a later postage date for you!


Can I stay anonymous? 

Absolutely! If you do not wish to include your name you don't have to and none of your details will be sent to the recipient so unless you choose to tell them so it will remain a complete mystery! If they get in touch to see who sent them their hamper we will not give away the secret, we will however send you a quick email to let you know that they are curious and will leave it up to you to spill the beans if you wish!


How can I personalise my gift?

We know how much you care about getting your gift exactly right and we will do our best to create it exactly how you picture it!

Every order can include your own gift note, with your own gift message... as long or short as you wish (just don't forget to say who it is from, Unless of course it is a secret!) We have a selection of finishing touches to make your box absolutely perfect that can be selected in the build your own section of our website.

You can also choose from a range of gifts that can be personalised in our handmade section All of our handmade/personalised items do have a longer dispatch time as they are made completely to order- this can be up to 4-5 weeks during busy periods, however we will update the current production time on each item.


What will my Bluebird Box look like?

Its up to you! You can ask us to wrap the outer box in Rustic Kraft paper and twine, we can wrap the gifts inside your box or we can just send your gift hamper/care package in our signature style! (In a beautiful blue or white shoe box style box and tied with string )

Your gift will come in a cardboard box to protect it during transit.

Our handmade frames are sent in a brown cardboard gift box and you can select some finishing touches and a notecard to send a message along with your frame. 

 


My order hasn’t arrived yet?

If you have ordered from us and have not received your order after 10-14 working days from your dispatch email, please check your local Royal Mail depot, as it may of be taken there and you haven't been notified. If your parcel cannot be located at your local depot office please email thenest@wherebluebirdsfly.co.uk and I will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
